Just because someone has a lot of myshop in their cash inventory but no sent/receive history doesnt mean anything. Thats not conclusive proof of anything, nor do I think thats suspicious of anything imo. My accounts were like that for quite a while, plenty of things in my cash inventory but no history, because I never gifted to anyone, nor did I receive gifts.
