Indeed. Your old Mabinogi folder is still there, and probably still contains the file npkcmsvc. This file will not allow two of itself in a folder. Best thing to do is uninstall this npkcmsvc file, using the uninstall software. I'll post a thread with the uninstall file available for download in a second.
