Remiel's battle (cube angel) was epic. The animation from it was just like... awesome. D:
Anyways for those who haven't seen the first movie I think they have it on crunchyroll, I watched it like a month ago, but it should still be there.
The animation is a lot more nicer and smoother looking then the old show so its pretty neat, and yeah its the same story. Asuka appears in the next movie booo D:
/offtopic : My face after watching Death and Rebirth was a LOLWUT one D: That movie was just so... well.. yeah.
