IMS > windkick, but it's slower.
FDS > windkick, higher dmg, and better in PvP than wind kick.
windkick = a stage skill. the dmg isn't that high, and in PvP, air combos get weaker. windkick doesn't do high damage in the first place. the damage lowers so fast.
