I have finished the new merged locale files for TLunia v1.4 (1/23), which should solve hanging problems with items, quests, and NPCs.
Translations of items, quests, and NPCs will come as early as next week.
1. Download and uncompress the file to somewhere
2. Open your ChineseT.zip (which should be a renamed English.zip)
3. Inside ChineseT.zip - Add/Replace Items.xml , Quests.xml , and MISCs.xml
4. Inside ChineseT.zip/Display - Add/Replace MISCInfo.xml
If you do everything correctly, you should have no hanging problems caused by missing strings from items, quests, and NPC names.
