New v1.4 content patch comes in 2 days. Manual patch will be available tomorrow (~130 MB)
Doesn't like look like Tia will come this month though, but here is to hoping
If there are too many changes to the locale in the new patch, I'll try to release an updated version of the ChineseT.zip later. Although there will be some issues with locale compatibilities due to the major UI overhaul...so no promises.
