Windmill, and auto step yes, very repetitive infinites = no.
Windmills and autosteps by themselves do no make infinites.
Equips (yes/no?)
No.
Number of matches: best 2 out of 3?, best 3 out of 5?
Best 2 out of 3 for any pre-semi-final match. 3 out of 5 after that.
Number of days to set up a match?
Set some sort of deadline... like a week per round.
Healing (yes/no?)
Yes.
1v1 tournaments, or maybe some team competitions?
Make separate tournaments for this.
Level divisions? What increments?
A lv 20 - 30 one, a lv 30 - 50 one, and a 50+ one.
