Refinement in this game is pretty easy to get to +9 actually just a bit of luck is required and if u really want to be safe just put 20 catalysts with each upgrade after +2 or +3 cause the chances of getting to +1 and +2 are really high with no catalysts and just fort stones. And its even going to be easier to +9 once OB comes out and those repair scrolls are inputted.
