An ampere is one coulomb of charge going past a given point in the duration of one second.
I = Q/t
Q = It
where Q is your coulomb of charge, I is your current and t is time in seconds.
Since we have 2 Amperes, thats 2 coulombs of charge going through your lamp filament per second. The question asks for coulombs per minute so you just convert 2coulombs/sec to number of coulombs/1minute:
(2coulombs/1sec) * (60sec/1minute) = 120 coulombs per minute
