Try a small map like the rooms on floor 3 of phantom school (unless the drillable items have changed there...?) - I think that's where I got a lot of my sapphires way back when...
I'd just give you some if my graphics card weren't owning the hell out of my computer. 8D But I don't think drilling four sapphires will take long in those rooms anyway. Good luck!
