That would bring up an issue...I mean, logging on to multiple accounts from the same IP address. Share the account? Use the library every time you really need to log on? Go to your friend's house? I realize all of these are inconvenient, but there will never be any real way to tell if you are simply making accounts for the heck of it or if you actually have family members registering.
