Lols, their help desk fails .___.
I already said to them that we tried all of the possible ways (turning off some security programs, reinstalling the game, etc) and here's their response lols

One possible solution for you is to shut down the programs that may be interfering with our game. Examples would be spyware, antivirus, and firewall(s) from companies such as Zone Alarm, McAfee Anti-Virus, and Sygate Personal Firewall. These programs have been known to block our games and can severely affect the connection between our Servers and your computer.
Lols, anyways. It seems that it has been fixed :P
