My play on beef and broccoli. Needed something quick to make so I could resume studying for midterms.
1/2 pounds ground beef.
1/4 onion, diced.
1 clove garlic, minced.
stir-fry vegetable mix (mine came with carrots, cauliflower, broccoli)
1t soy sauce
1t chinese 5 spice
1t sesame oil
Eat with bowl of rice and yumm.
