Goodness, my VPN connection is still unstable...
Bah, I'll just assume it has to do with my college and some kind of restriction or something... I'll keep tweaking with settings though.
The longest I can stay connected for seems to be an hour.

EDIT: Kanoka, do you keep your firewall on whilst running jTO and the VPN?
