lol I think it's hilarious that they're trying to justify what they did.

The moment you dropped the sword, your name will then belong on this list.
No, dropping the sword and him not picking it up on time is not his fault, it is yours. He gave all his trust to you, the seller, and there was NO reason why you should have dropped it, you have to return it in the same manner you received it.

This shouldn't be allowed.
