If you talk to the wizard in Sky Sea, he can teleport you to star cradle Lilir. Luseria is in Constellation Cliff in the furthermost map there. There's also a portal to Silver Ivy Mansion where there's a save stone and Hero King dungeons (a normal version and a TAID version). You'll have to look at the ingame map for specific map numbers since I can't check atm
