That final episode.
It's really understandable why this guy is a top rated character in the manga, Minus characters seem really creepy compared to Abnormal characters and I love it. His ability seems blatantly overpowered, good match for overpowered Medaka and crew.
I'm pretty sure there's going to at least be a 3rd season.
