It should be easy with your available members. There are generally two teams you can try.
Leader: Loki
Subs: Vamp Lord, Dark Resist, Siren, Water Toy Dragon
Friend: Green Odin
Leader: Siren
Subs: Vamp Lord, Loki, Dark Resist, Light Devil
Friend: Green Odin
It should be an easy fight, but it will take you quite a while. The first team will be slightly faster, but you'll have to manually heal 4440 in 5 turns. The second team is very safe, but it will be slower.
Just remember to spam Odin and Light Devil's attack whenever they are ready. It's a pity your light devil is still at the first stage.
