If you want to make money just straight up sell myshop for 50m/1k. (: Do it here on GGFTW and only gift first to the people with high iTraders.
Gacha stuff is not tradable, you have to fuse it, which costs more myshop. There really isn't anything in Gacha right now that's good for selling or even for stats. You can see all the current towns with the stats on the wiki:
