It would say stuff about admit privileges (I'm the only user?) I tried running the .exe as admin, still got this message. Nothing seems to work.

System is recently reformatted. I see the Win32 thing, it's a 64 bit system but even after googling iTunes 64 bit I get this same download. I don't know if the Win32 means 32 bit, but throwing that out there. There's not been a previous iTunes installation on this system.

Apple frustrates me so much.
