I guess. Water's the hardest out of the 3 elements, so good luck.
I like that guy a lot, because he's what helps me clear the starting dungeons. Him + Siren = sex.
EDIT: Also, try to get ECO monsters (when it reopens for probably a day or two) and those ghost porins.
