In my opinion, Strike Noir should've been an A Rank (Not AR, not AS).
Stargazer is sort of like the Turn A of Seed, so of course it deserves to be an S Rank, however Strike Noir didn't really convince me of being anything special in what little time it had.
Now, if Destiny Impulse shouldn't be an S Rank (which it shouldn't), then Strike Noir DEFINITELY shouldn't be an S Rank.
