Ways to relieve stress?
I've been struggling with depression and anxiety this year and I'm pretty new on this... and just now I'm starting my finals, and I've realized that pretty much the smallest thing triggers my depression and stress.
Today was a really tiring day and I feel really bad, I couldn't eat and I feel like I'm at the edge.
Is there a way you relieve stress/depression with? If so, it would be very helpful if you could share...
