If we stick with Synergy, then either Ao will need to take a more active roll, pass the clan helm off to someone else, or at least specify an active 2nd-in-command that can accept new members.
There's also clan "{TW CLAN} Refuge" that was mentioned back in July as being a "home" that wayward players could come to. I don't know if that's still an option...

I do believe he is not playing because he still has not resolved the IP Ban in Canada.
The one thing you can do with bothering is asking Temjin, who was relatively second in command of Synergy.
