It means your request is being reviewed. It's the same message I received. I ended up getting unblocked without ever receiving another message. You'll want to check to see if you can play, maybe in a couple of days, but you should hopefully be unblocked in at least two weeks.
Keep trying everyday, and let us know when you're unblocked.
