No one could know the outcome in a "normal" match now, but I agree with the 2nd part. If someone cheats they should be disqualified...not allowed to continue on to get a bigger cash prize (even though his 20% is already being taken no matter what he wins
)
Riot is pretty much saying it's ok to cheat with this decision...
