Instructions:
1) Under your login ID, choose SD鋼彈Online.
2) It will redirect you to an SDGO form.
3) Don't do anything to the list under SD鋼彈Online.
4) The 2nd list underneath SD鋼彈Online, choose the last option.
5) Don't change the date.
6) Your message title. Type something along the lines of IP block.
7) Write your message. English works.
8) Now click the left button to send.
