끄거 is off if I remember correctly.
The setting with 1 - 4 is your effects, like GN Particles, Funnels shooting, homing tails, etc.
The very first option in settings is choosing fullscreen or window mode.
Common ones people ask for:
Motion Blur (blur while dashing): middle section, left column and 4th option.
Distance Blur (stuff far away is blurry): middle section, right column and 1st option.
Don't really know the other settings, so fiddle around with them in training.
