I think it wasn't used when it was in DEEP Striker pack, like I've watched the G Generation series and not once did that Gundam use its INCOM.
I think if anything the weapon 3 for your proposed DEEP Striker would be swapped around, never seen funnel/INCOM/Dragoon in the second mode as a weapon.
