Kale stress this way too many time. (I don't want to be mean) Basicly none of us knows about the release of new contents date or re-release boxes. None of us are SGI employees which I assume, but if someone is then they might answer your question (highly doubt).
To sum it up, No one knows the exact date of new skills.
