Here are the exchange tickets required and the stats as stated by the official event page. There are contradiction though. In the pictures, the pet requires 400, 500, and 600 tickets. However also stated in the event page, you only need 100 pop tickets to change for 1 pet receipt to exchange for the pets. Its not stated whether its tradeable or not.
