ok so I was wrong on cat, very very wrong, and I'm sorry for being so wrong.
(AP+HV X 16) X magnification. at mastered magnification is 1.65, and the skill will have a giant skill zone that hits multiple. it's being called one of the best cat skills, with the big issue being the 20 sec cooldown.
