2: Aisha, the High Magician

2.1 The High Magician

After communing with all of the elements that exist in this world, Aisha has discovered a unified theory of natural magic. This makes her both extremely powerful and maybe a little wild. Her fireballs are no less than mini suns that can melt a monster's face off.

The High Magician comes with more firepower and abilities, such as an expanded mana pool. Being able to freeze opponents with Blizzard Shower, you can freely walk up to your frozen opponent and continue to whack them with your stick. Not only are you allowed to freeze your opponents, but you can burn your enemies to oblivion with Blaze Step!

2.2 Additional Basic Attacks

While you gain a job advancement, you also get extra attack sequences that will improve game play as well as extend the variety of combos.

Note that these sequences are of course, High Magician exclusive.

(Facing right) XX<X - Summon two fireballs, then slide past the enemy and release a larger, fast-flying fireball that hits up to 3 enemies, stunning them.

>>^XX - Dash, jump and send two consecutive fireballs diagonally downward.

>>XX - Slide past the enemy and release two consecutive fireballs, knocking down the enemies struck by the second fireball.

2.3 High Magician's Skills

With the job advancement, Aisha now accesses a variety of new elemental skills including increased firepower. Continue on with even powerful fireballs, whacking the frozen opponents after they have had a taste of an icy shower, or burn enemies to nothing with each step you take.

You will also now see a few skill names with (LOCKED) beside them. This means you cannot access the skill until you do certain skill quests.

(40) Row 9:

Meditation (LOCKED) - Clear your mind and enter a meditative state, increasing mana regeneration.
The High Magician's core skill. A must have. Under the effects of meditation, mana regeneration speed is increased whether charging or walking. You cannot dash during the skill's effects. It can be toggled on and off at anytime. Meditation will automatically go off if you are hit. Under Meditation, the MP cost of Teleport will become 30 MP (18 MP if you have Teleport Mastery maxed).
All this sounds so strict, but it's worth it. When you're attacking with the ZZ<>ZZ Loop (see 4.1 Tips), have Meditation on. Anytime you're attacking, have this on. Anytime you're going to charge for even a second or two, have Meditation on. The little bits of mana per second may not seem like it, but it is very worth the time.
*Skill Note: Free Spirit - 25% increase in movement speed when you meditate. -Obtained from Cash Shop
If you already have a good amount of movement speed already via sockets, you'll find this skill note to be somewhat useful. You'll reach your opponents faster while walking, so you'll get to them before they can escape.

**To unlock Mana Steal, you must do the Low Branch skill quest, available at Lv20.
Quest 1: You need to buy a low quality scroll (It can be bought from Camilla/PvP Girl for 20k ED)

Quest 2: Collect 2 claws from the Scorpion King in 3-1 on Very Hard difficulty.

Quest 3: Collect 20 necklaces from any Lizard in Bethma (It can be anywhere from 3-1 to 3-4. I recommend 3-3.)

Quest 4: Collect 30 necklaces from the Glitter Race in Feita. (First three maps of Feita are good).

Quest 5: Collect a scroll drop from the boss on map 3-4 in Hard or Above (completely random)

Chain Burst - Summon dozens of fireballs in any direction in front and ends with a straight, slighty more powerful fireball that inflicts a burn status.
Considered a decent skill. It does some nice damage for its preliminary small fireballs, but the last fireball knocks down everything it hits, and no one likes knockdown. Best on bosses, though in the future you'll get future, better skills. Not recommended to have at all, but optional.
*Skill Note: Explosive Bubble Pop - Fireballs become 20% larger and all fireballs will cause Burn. -Obtained from Cash Shop
Chain Burst isn't really a skill worth having its note. All you get is increased chance of hitting and maybe a couple more seconds of burning. You'll have better skills, trust me.

(45) Row 10:

Intermediate Magic Attack Training - Increases magic attack power permanently.
Magicians rely on magic attack. Have you not taken note of that yet? Take this passive please.
PvE: 5/5
PvP: 5/5
Hybrid: 5/5

Fireball Mastery - Increase the range and decrease mana usage of fireballs.
As a HM, you should have gotten new fireball combos, such as (facing right) XX<X. If you visited 4.1 Tips, I've advised you to spam that attack. It is a powerful fireball sequence. You also still have the X>X>X etc. loop. Now, increase their efficiency with this passive. A must have.
PvE: 5/5
PvP: 5/5
Hybrid: 5/5

(50) Row 11:

Magic Missile - Summon a glowing magic missile that automatically targets opponents with extreme homing and hits them.
High Magician's infamous troll-tastic skill in PvP. Dungeon wise, it fares some use in trying to clear mobs from a far distance for quick room clearing, though it's not really the best at that since the missile locks onto a random target. PvP, however, this skill is hated and feared by many players. It will loop around the targeted player and will follow them until it diminishes or does its number of maximum hits; the player may try to escape during the time or loop around the missile. If they're going to escape, go ahead and charge some MP with Meditation, or go after them. If they're going to loop, that leaves them open for you to go attack them. An optional skill to have, recommended for beginners, but try to get the skill note. Also, I am not responsible for any hate messages you may receive.
Skill Note: The Newest Missile - Increase the missile speed by 50% and increase number of hits to 8. -Obtained from the Item Mall.
Normally Magic Missile is very mediocre. Using the note, only then will you be able to utilize the skill's full power. A must have for anyone that takes Magic Missile.

PvP: 0/5 or 5/5

(55) Row 12:

Magic Adrenaline - Increase magic attack damage by a certain percentage for 10 seconds. Prerequisite: Mastered Intermediate Magic Attack Training
Usually a magic buff adrenaline would be very nice, but you have Aura Magic Accelerator with you already. A long buff for 20% is sufficient. Though this buff is still optional to have, just not recommended really. It could be useful for solo runs, mixing this with the future Blizzard Shower or Meteor Shower.
PvE: 0/5 or 5/5
PvP: 0/5 or 5/5
Hybrid: 0/5 or 5/5

Encouraging Aura - All Aura Accelerator duration times increase, and consume less MP to cast.
Further increasing HM's role as support, this buff is highly recommended to take as soon as possible. At max level 5, all accelerator times increase by 10 seconds, and the MP cost becomes 50. Please do not try to skip this passive.
PvE: 5/5
PvP: 5/5
Hybrid: 5/5

Flame Circle - Summon three fireballs to rotate around you and continuously strike nearby enemies.
With each fireball hitting up to two times, this deals powerful damage up close. PvP builds can use this in open space, and if quick enough, follow up with a combo before the enemy can get away. Or if you want to be safe, use it near a wall! Great skill to have, highly recommended for PvP players; has decent use in dungeons but does nice damage for a single enemy if you need it.
*Skill Note: Quantitative Improvement II - Add one extra fireball. -Obtained from a rare monster drop.
With an extra fireball, you can do an additional two hits, meaning even more damage. Regularly at Lv3, with all 6 hits connecting, you'll do 720% of magic damage. With this note, you'll now do 960% magic damage, and that is big.
PvE: 0/3 or 3/3
PvP: 3/3
Hybrid: 0/3 or 3/3

(60) Row 13:

Endless Mana - Increase maximum MP capacity.
The most useful passive ever. A must have, no matter what. Get it as soon as possible.
PvE: 5/5
PvP: 5/5
Hybrid: 5/5

Blizzard Shower (LOCKED) - Summon a a storm of ice crystals from the air, freezing enemies on contact.
The High Magician's superb skill: this is a skill that is not to be left alone at all. The icicles deal an insane amount of damage to large bosses in dungeons, and will obliterate mobs easily. Furthermore, the icicles will pierce -everything- until they hit the ground. They'll cut through platforms, enemies, barricades, everything. And, the freeze effect makes for a nice touch. If you regain enough mana using the skill, you can follow with a Lightning Bolt (if you have it) for even more insane damage on the frozen foes. Please get this skill as soon as possible.
PvE: 5/5
PvP: 5/5
Hybrid: 5/5

**To unlock Blizzard Shower, you must do the Intermediate Branch skill quest, available at Lv30.
Quest 1: Buy the Intermediate Quality scroll (It costs 100k ED from Camilla/PVP girl)

Quest 2: Collect 10 Black Crow Journals from Altera (4-1 is strongly recommended.)

Quest 3: Collect 1 drop, another 1 drop and a collection of 50 chests from map 4-2. (This can take a LOT of runs to complete. The single drops have a very low drop rate so chances are you'll be grinding for a while.)

Quest 4: Collect 2 Dark Spirits from the boss in the third map of Feita (3X-3), Collect 4 wood from the boss in the fourth map of Feita (3X-4).

Quest 5: Achieve B Rank or higher in maps 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3 in Hard difficulty or higher. (This means do all 3.)

(65) Row 14:

Infernal Wave - Unleash a combo that starts with 3 attacks with the staff, then perform a stunning Lightning Bolt that draws the enemy in and finish with an exploding Meteor Call. (In Awakening, the Meteor Call becomes slightly larger.)
Some people find this as a weak skill, but ignorant players don't know that this skill gives very high mana gain. Whether single or multiple enemies, you'll get a fine amount of MP back, possibly even all of what you lost in the first place and maybe more, if all the hits connect. Dungeon users will find it to be great of use and can follow up with another skill, such as Blizzard Shower if there's monsters still lying around. PvP-wise, foolish players may take in the hits and give you some good MP, or experienced players could mana break this skill. You have an option to take this skill: great in dungeons, a little risky with high worth in PvP, or the next skill, with the same features.
PvE: 0/5 or 5/5
PvP: 0/5 or 5/5
Hybrid: 0/5 or 5/5

Blaze Step (LOCKED) - Cast a spell that summons fire on your feet, causing anyone near the ground to be on fire once stepped on, and enemies will continuously get damaged.
This skill gives the High Magician a fantastic feature. It acts as protection and a high damage skill. Any enemies near you will be flinched for their first few hits, take repeated damage, and be flinched again. PvP-wise, though, during that small gap between being stunned, they can escape. If you've mastered the ZZ<>ZZ Loop or X>X>X Loop (see 4.1 Tips) you can trap them in your fire, allowing you to deal the highest amount of damage you can do. Combined with Meditation, you'll also get some good MP back. Additionally, using Accelerator buffs will not affect the flame duration, so it is possible to increase the maximum damage that you can do with the skill. A recommended max if you decided not to take Infernal Wave, but do not get this very early. Wait until Lv35 or in your Lv40s.
**To unlock Blaze Step, you must do the High Branch skill quest.
Quest 1: Buy the High Quality scroll (It costs 140k ED from Camilla, aka the PVP girl)

Quest 2: Collect 50 emblems from enemies in 4-3.

Quest 3: Collect 2 generators (red) and 2 generators (blue) from each boss in 4-4. If they respawn, they will not drop the items. You must repeat the dungeon.

Quest 4: Collect 3 drops from 4-3 boss.

Quest 5: Clear 4-4 in 8 mins, Clear 3x-4 in 8 mins, and Clear 3x-3 in 9 mins.

PvE: 0/5 or 5/5
PvP: 0/5 or 5/5
Hybrid: 0/5 or 5/5

That's all of the skills the High Magician has access to. After reaching Level 35, you can begin your second job advancement, to become the Elemental Master.

1. Speak with Lento in Feita.

2. Collect 20 Golem's Core from the Stone Golems in Feita. (3x-2 Any level, or 3x-3 Very Hard (☆☆☆), is recommended. Take the top path, do not take the secret path.)

3. Collect 5 Unbroken Runic Crystals from the Mana Eaters in 3x-3 on any difficulty.

4. Speak with Grail

5. Collect 40 Spirit Stones of Devildom from any one of the Dark Elves (including Chloe) in the Velder dungeons. (5-2 Very Hard is recommended (☆☆☆). Take the first optional path, skip the second optional path.)
Then, speak with Grail.

After finishing the long quest, you are now the great Elemental Master, the Adept of Nature!
