Wasn't Xingke the only person able to pilot the Shenhu? That could mean that he somehow lived all this time, because it was shown on that live broadcast while Viletta was pregnant (after the marriage). It could have just been put there for the demonstration though.
There's no way to really tell, but I still like to think that Lelouch died. Don't get me wrong I really like him, but the last episode would seem pointless if he miraculously lives.
