Anyway, just stay at spooky lvl 90 until level 114~116, or try your luck at Dark Ninjas at Owl Castle/Burgers at Chunsik Island. You'll have more luck finding leech as a level 114~116 than a level 110~113.

BUUUUUUUUUUT! Since you want starseeker, you should do the 1st scroll/2nd scroll quests for subclass. This way you can get XP and level as you do the necessary quests. It also means you'll have less work to do when you're actually an Engistar trying to become a StarSeeker.
