Patch 1.0.3 Design Preview - Diablo III
Higher drop rates for higher item levels earlier on. (supposedly to remove need for farming jars.)
Still working on legendaries.
Changing max valor stacks at 60 to give 1 guaranteed rare for a boss, but adding 1 guaranteed rare for champ packs.
"Nerfing" monsters during coop play so they no longer get bonus damage for exra players.
Nerf of Act 2 inferno and up.
Increase in level 60 item repair costs.
Possibly reducing all Increased Attack Speed values across the board.
Making low level gems will be super cheap now and only require 2 lower tier gems. (ex. flawless square cost from 20k -> 100 gold). Anything past flawless square remains the same.
More class tuning.
+ more not mentioned (like being able to sell unrepaired items that will auto repair when sold).
