I've seen this ring in action in a few videos, and I've seen Ravens getting a huge advantage from them in PvP.
Are they, by any chance, in the HK server? I haven't seen them in the cash shop or anything (unless it's this thing)...
Possibly from Ice Burners or any other way that HK decided to put it in?
Any answer regarding this is appreciated.
