the techniques in bending seem to have improved, which is why so many people can bend lightning and metal now compared to before. however the longevity/stamina of their bending seems to have decreased. i know they're going for a spiritual revival thing (most of the benders, like korra, have focused on the physical aspects and not the spiritual) and i think this will cause an increase in the length of time they can bend.

amon shares some sort of ties to aang, though i'm not sure what they will be. the flashbacks korra got when he knocked her out seem to indicate that he was around during the time of aang's adulthood.

the way aang took away bending required inner balance, if i recall the turtle episode correctly. i wonder if we're supposed to assume that amon has also achieved this or if his method of taking away bending is more related to chaos.

I can't wait to see..I watched the last avatar one for 5 times on of my favorite no-anime..Well,I just don't understand the point on everyone using metal..or lightning,even with more methods of technical and such it was somenthing REALLY hard even for Zuko.
