Hmm. You're moving out of state on your own? That'll be a bit of an undertaking. You'll need a new state ID, and driver's license probably, but you'll also need to put in a change of address at a post office.

As for going to college, I'd recommend visiting that school's career center first and foremost. They can help you get assessed for skills, and such, and they can show you what schools have the courses you want to take. Just make sure you've got a steady job before you start going to school and apply for all the scholarships you can, if possible.
