Isn't the whole point of accomplishments dependant on the poster's perspective?
There isn't a guideline or a set of rules deciding if it's an accomplishment or not. Some people are collectors, pvpers, casuals, competitive players... Cllector may say "He got XXX", which in the competitive player's perspective may look dumb or stupid. Some like to occasionally post what they got and some show off whenever possible.
Just let people decide what they consider what a accomplishment is. And like Visori said, shit like "breaking a leg" or "my boyfriend dumped me" doesn't belong here.
Thouh some stuff like skill 1 & 2 doesn't really matter because it is certain (100%) you will get it; though it's up to the poster or not. (notice how my perspective on skill 1 and 2 is possibly different from another person)
