that may just be the case, after all it does have the atk stat of an uber
otherwise it may just become OU, then we have another Ice Pokemon to use
well, it does have the potential to counter certain ubers like Groudon(if it avoids a stone edge) and Rayquaza and maybe Skymin, Giratina and Zekrom too and with Outrage it may even be able counter Lati@s too. Though it will get roasted by Ho-oh and even the non-uber Heatran as well as being smacked by Dialga and Palkia.
Maybe these 2 forms will be able to learn fire and electric moves respectively, who knows?
