You'd still have advantage, but your foe wouldn't be at such a disadvantage.
Granted I'd prefer they thoroughly test this change beforehand, wouldn't want it to backfire and do the opposite of the intended effect.

I'd prefer the other way round.
Whereby Scissor does 100% to a paper while paper does only 80% to the said scissor. You'd be in a disadvantage but they wouldn't have the extra bonus. So practically, its not exactly a HARDcounter anymore.
