All I can say is I'm extremely excited for the techichi revamp and the new skills. People are already complaining about the elemental % and other skills when they haven't even been added yet.. Who knows what the developers for eTO will do, maybe it won't be so bad. Maybe the elemental % will be even better than what the skills are like now. We can't know until everything is released and we experiment with it for ourselves.

If these skills were meant to balance PvP a bit more(you can't possibly expect any game's pvp system to be COMPLETELY balanced), then hopefully it will do just that. All we can do is wait and see.
