I've not been up to date with how Lunia is with new character changes, but iirc the must have skills to be maxed would be Moon Slash, Blade Seal, Bladestorm, True Bladestorm, True Spiral Blades, and all the Bless skills (Rage Dxplosion is dependent on you).
