Hopefully this isn't against the rule, but I am looking for a trustful individual who is able to Gift me Exp Pack if I send them the required amount of $$ to their paypal account.
The reason why I can't buy Exp Pack via Paypal is because mine isn't a verified account i.e. need to register with credit card or other cards.
