Looks like this is the level 40 cap patch...really surprised how fast they're pumping out content.

EDIT: Yup, I patched and logged in for a bit, I see dungeons for levels 37 and above..so it is the level 40 cap. Too bad I'm only level 31.

EDIT 2: Apparently people on the RH official forums have said that level 39 is the cap..since people have claimed to gain no exp after reaching level 39.
