You can extract it anywhere, it will give you a folder labelled "HKE_111711". In that folder are all of the files that have been patched. Simply copy all of them and paste them into your data folder in Elsword.
Overwrite all of your old data files with the new ones from the uploaded files and you should be able to get into the game.
