There's nothing wrong with the files, the problem is how you're saving them, read this (from the first post) again:
To download you must Right Click and choose Save as
And that's how it appears in the post, I just copied and pasted it and added an indent. Not sure how I can make it more obvious than that, maybe I'll bump the size up again. I'll also add a new section to the problems list, but bet people will still ask.
