Thats what tTO GM's talking about in game during GM's event, tTO doesnt has Phantom School since it outdate map and many player were asking about Phantom School so they just says that kTO developer was still developing. The keyword that they says is just "renewal". And sorry that they still no news yet from kTO as well.
