You'd need something like Xpadder, and even then you might have some trouble setting it up.
It was WASD movement so you can bind the directional keys to those. use the face buttons for skills (set selector may be needed for all 8 skill slots). you'd need a shoulder button to bind Tab to (for switching targets), and even through all of that, you'll still want to put mouse controls on an analog stick along with another shoulder button for clicking.
It's just barely doable, and you won't be very effective at bosses due to needing good timing. :S
